Platform Overview

The Organizational Intelligence Platform. Explained.

Skuiddy is not a monitoring tool, a CMDB, or an observability platform. It is a new category — one that builds and maintains a living Organizational Twin so every team in the enterprise can operate from the same shared reality.

Design Principles

Built on principles, not compromises.

Every architectural decision in Skuiddy follows from a clear belief about what enterprise intelligence should be.

Graph-First, Always

The Organizational Twin is not a relational database with JOIN queries. It is a native semantic graph — entities, relationships, and properties — designed to answer questions that span domains naturally.

Continuous, Not Periodic

Discovery is not a nightly job or a quarterly audit. Smart Sensors run continuously, detecting changes as they happen and keeping the Twin current at all times.

Schema, Not Chaos

Every entity from every source system is normalized into a typed, versioned schema. An 'Application' is the same concept whether it was discovered by GitHub, Jira, Datadog, or ServiceNow.

Contextual, Not Just Metric

Skuiddy doesn't show you what's happening to a system right now. It shows you what the system is — who owns it, what it connects to, what data it touches, and what risks it creates.

Policy-Embedded

Governance isn't a separate layer. Ownership, data classification, compliance obligations, and policy rules are embedded directly into the Twin and applied continuously as new entities are discovered.

API-First

Every capability in Skuiddy is accessible via REST and GraphQL APIs. The platform is designed to be consumed by humans through Department Lenses, and by AI systems through structured interfaces.

Organizational Twin

The living model of your enterprise.

The Organizational Twin is the central artifact Skuiddy builds and maintains. It is a continuously updated semantic graph representing every entity, relationship, policy, and change across the enterprise.

Intelligence Domains

Eight domains. One graph.

Intelligence Domains are structured, queryable lenses into the Organizational Twin — organized by the type of organizational knowledge they surface.

Identity Intelligence

Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace

Infrastructure Intelligence

AWS, Azure, GCP, Datadog

Application Intelligence

GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow

Data Intelligence

Snowflake, Databricks

AI Intelligence

OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock

Security Intelligence

Wiz, CrowdStrike, Splunk

Operational Intelligence

ServiceNow, Jira, Slack

Business Intelligence

Salesforce, SAP, Contracts

Department Lenses

Different roles.
Same source of truth.

A Department Lens is a curated view of the Organizational Twin optimized for a specific role. The CIO sees strategy, investments, and modernization signals. The CISO sees exposure and controls. Finance sees spend and vendor overlap. Legal sees data and contracts.

Every lens draws from the same underlying Twin — so there is no reconciliation problem, no data lag, and no competing versions of reality.
